ALM (Adobe Learning Manager) Developer

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with development, integration, and customization using Adobe Learning Manager (ALM).
- Strong knowledge of eLearning technologies, API integration, SCORM compliance, and user experience improvements.
Technical Skills:
- Adobe Learning Manager (ALM): Setup, configuration, user role management, and content management.
- LMS Integration: API development and integrations with other enterprise systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Power BI.
- eLearning Standards: Proficiency in SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards.
- Programming Languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Angular, and React.
- Tools: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, iSpring, and MS Power BI.
- Database Management: Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
1. Development and Customization:
- Design, develop, and customize eLearning courses within the Adobe Learning Manager platform.
- Integrate various learning content formats (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) into the platform.
- Customize the platform’s user interface and functionality to meet specific training needs.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to track learning progress and analyze training effectiveness.
2. Technical Implementation:
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate ALM with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, CRM, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Ensure the technical stability, scalability, and performance of the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform and its integrations.
3. Content Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of learning content, including uploading, versioning, and archiving.
- Ensure content quality and accessibility while maintaining compliance with standards like SCORM and xAPI.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
4. Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users of the Adobe Learning Manager platform.
- Create user guides, training materials, and documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest ALM features, functionalities, and eLearning trends.
